CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a common type of talk therapy. We work in a structured way, and learn to become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way.

Solution Focused

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy is a short-term, goal-focused approach. We carefully search through your life experience and behaviors to discover the necessary resources needed to co-construct a practical and sustainable solution.

EFIT

Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) facilitates emotional processing and the creation of secure relationships with self and others. We co-create a structured approach to address various challenges including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Narrative

Narrative Therapy takes a non-blaming approach, which centres you as the experts in your own life. It views problems as separate from you, and assumes you have many skills, competencies, beliefs, values, commitments and abilities.

There is no one size fits all approach, or one specific combination of approaches that fit across the board. We will work together to make sure the pathway we create works for you.
